Recently updated, technology that fosters energy saving was particularly important and included insulating the building and windows, sound-proofing, solar panels and rainwater harvesting.

All bedrooms have a balcony and / or veranda, en-suite shower rooms with hairdryer, lcd sat TV, mini-bar, safe, phone, internet access, a/c and heating. Eco-friendly paints were used.

The hotel also has a reception area, bar, restaurant, private beach and an underground parking with lift to the upper floors.
